Day 4 of our East Coast Greenway tour took us from New Bedford MA to Sandwich MA, which is the start of the Cape Cod peninsula. We did 38 miles today, including a trip out to the Orleans beach and nature boardwalk.
Lots of rural roads with very little traffic today and a very nice bike path for 10 miles along the river at the end.
Janet was not a fan of the narrow bike path over the last big bridge and made me walk the bike. (The stoker is always right, is an old tandem rule).
On to the Cape cod bike trail tomorrow, after the first 20 miles of road riding.
